What Information Do We Collect?

We only collect information about you on this website if you complete an order to purchase a photo zip file. For purchases of zip files, we will require your name, postal address and email address. Should you not a purchase, you will be visiting the site anonymously.

In order to view the photos of your group, you will be required to login to the site which will require the use of session cookies.

What Do We Use Your Information For?

If we already hold any information, it will be regarding your School Group's booking. This information is limited to the School Name, School Address, your School Group's departure date and the full name of the Party Leader. This information is required to enable us to create a unique password for each school and to formally pass this on to the named Party Leader. The combination of password and the School Group's departure date is then used to login to the site to view photos. It is at the Party Leader's discretion as to who may have the School Group's unique password. We will only provide passwords to a School Group's party leader.

Any information we collect about you through a purchase of a zip file, will be held to verify the transaction in the event of a query. We will not use the information to contact you with any marketing and we will not pass your details on to any third parties.

Do We Use Cookies?

For users who log in to the site, we will use Session Cookies to ensure you can view the photos of your group.

Do We Disclose Any Information to Third Parties?

We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer any information to third parties.

This online privacy policay applies only to information collected through our website and not to information collected offline. However, all information held by Interski Snowshots, regardless of where it has been collected will be treated with the same standards as detailed in this policy.
